This includes, among other things, structuring efficient platforms to channel investment rounds, both locally and abroad; drafting conflict-prevention shareholder agreements; intervening in complex corporate conflicts; drafting joint venture agreements with domestic and foreign companies, and advice on corporate governance and compliance.
In recent years, Fernando has oriented his practice to the digital transformation of the business world, advising companies in the technology industry on their start-ups and digital transformation, cross-border operations, applications running on blockchain, smart contracts and decentralized finance.
